2019-2020 CRCBC Player Registration

Welcome to the 2019-2020 CRCBC Player Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment for the 2019-2020 CRCBC Traveling Basketball Season.

All fees must be paid online.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.   You have the option to pay your entire 2019-2020 season payment at time of registration, or 1/2 payment upfront with second payment due 11/1/19. You must register and pay at least 1/2 of your payment in order to tryout.

Fees 

  • 3rd Grade: Registration fee $150
  • 4th Grade: Registration fee $250
  • 5-8 Grade: Registration fee $350

  • No try-out fee
  • New uniform for all players included in fee
  • Shooting shirt for all players included in fee
  • No coaching fee for 8th Grade A teams

Refund Policy

If the player does not make a team, we will  refund you the registration fees within three weeks following tryouts.


Sibling Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $50 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee.  In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order. Note: Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family’s discounted rates.


Scholarships and Free/Reduced Lunch Policy

If you request financial assistance in the form of a scholarship, please contact the Club President, Pablo Hernandez, at coonrapidshoops@gmail.com.

If you qualify for free or reduced lunch, you must submit proof of free or reduced lunch eligibility prior to registration either via email to coonrapidshoops@gmail.com, or in person at registration. When this letter has been received, you will receive a coupon code that reduces your fees by 50%.


Volunteer Requirements and Deposit

A required volunteer deposit check in the amount of $200.00 is due at tryouts. This is a separate payment from the registration fees. All families are required to have adults work TWO shifts per child (approx. 8 hours) during our home tournaments. 

This deposit check will be cashed only if the volunteer commitment is not fulfilled. It is your responsibility to check in and out at the volunteer registration table to make sure your hours are recorded. Volunteer hours sign up will be available on line closer to tournament dates. 

For 2019: If you are not interested in working the tournament, a flat $150 Volunteer Payment will be collected at registration to cover your volunteer hours.

All tryouts will be held at Coon Rapids High School Field House

2340 Northdale Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your posted tryout time. Each player will receive a tryout pinnie and an assigned number to use during tryouts only.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting during tryouts, so we require at least one parent to attend tryouts with their player. 

Tryouts are closed to spectators. Parents will need to wait in the cafeteria.
